STEP 1:

butter
rum

Blend or beat the digestives until they are crumbs, while doing that heat some butter in a pan and add biscuit until stuck together, once you have done that add the digestives to a rectangular dish. leave to set in fridge for 30 mins.

STEP 2:

cream
ice cream
rum

once set add lots of toffee sauce and spread to make middle layer, add ice cream and sprinkle over remaining biscuit crumbs.

STEP 3:

leave to set in freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.
