A Super Easy Fry Fish

Ingredients
- 1. Fish (boneless)
- 2. 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3. Corn flour (2 cups)
- for marination
- 1. Black pepper ( 1 tablespoon)
- 2. Salt ( according to your taste)
- 3. Vinegar or lemon ( 4 tablesppon of vinegar or 4 lemons)
- 4. Chilli powder (2 tablespoon or just so much that it covers the entire fish )
- if you dont have time to put in all the above ingredients .. You can just use the ready made mixtures for fish making from any asian brand like "shan"
- for dip sauce
- plain yogurt (one cup)
- pinch of salt
- cumin seeds (zeera) (optional)
Instructions
Method:
marinate the fish ….
dip it in beaten eggs
dip it in corn flour cover completely
dip it again in egg
another coating of corn flour and fry it on low heat first.
now cook it for 15 min on low to medium heat
then 6-7 min on high heat till it turns golden brown
serve with dipping sauce and comment if you like it
