Super easy and cheap as chips cheese cake

Ingredients
- 6oz digestive biscuits
- 8oz phillidalphia
- 1/2 pint double cream
- 2oz butter
- 8oz icing sugar
- Simples!!!!!!
Instructions
1) Melt butter
2) crush biscuits
3) mix together
4) add mixture to a 8cm round tin
5) press down extremely hard.
6) mix philli- and icing sugar
7) whip cream to thick consistency so it doesn’t fall of whisk
8) fold cream and philli- mixture together
9) put mixture on top of biscuit (try to get it level)
10) place in fridge for 4 hours best left over night x
