Ingredients

  • 6oz digestive biscuits
  • 8oz phillidalphia
  • 1/2 pint double cream
  • 2oz butter
  • 8oz icing sugar
  • Simples!!!!!!

Instructions

  1. 1) Melt butter

  2. 2) crush biscuits

  3. 3) mix together

  4. 4) add mixture to a 8cm round tin

  5. 5) press down extremely hard.

  6. 6) mix philli- and icing sugar

  7. 7) whip cream to thick consistency so it doesn’t fall of whisk

  8. 8) fold cream and philli- mixture together

  9. 9) put mixture on top of biscuit (try to get it level)

  10. 10) place in fridge for 4 hours best left over night x
