Step 1:

  • 1) Melt butter

    • Step 2:

  • 2) crush biscuits

    • Step 3:

  • 3) mix together

    • Step 4:

  • 4) add mixture to a 8cm round tin

    • Step 5:

  • 5) press down extremely hard.

    • Step 6:

  • 6) mix philli- and icing sugar

    • Step 7:

  • 7) whip cream to thick consistency so it doesn’t fall of whisk

    • Step 8:

  • 8) fold cream and philli- mixture together

    • Step 9:

  • 9) put mixture on top of biscuit (try to get it level)

    • Step 10:

  • 10) place in fridge for 4 hours best left over night x
