Yummy cupcakes perfect for parties

Ingredients

  • 125g soft butter
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125g self raising flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • a large mixing bowl a wooden spoon
  • a small bowl
  • a cupcake tray/muffin tin
  • cupcake cases

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 190c

  2. 2.Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl stir hard until they are completely mixed together

  3. 3.Crack the eggs into a smaller bowl and then tip them into the sugar and butter mixture

  4. 4.Add the flour and tablespoon of milk and stir again to make a nice smooth mixture

  5. 5.Check flavours list below and stir in any extra ingredients

  7. fruity:

  8. .Add two teaspoons of raspberry jam to the frosting

  9. .Decorate with chopped fruit

  10. strawberry:

  11. .Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence to the cake mixture

  12. .Add 6 mashed strawberries to the frosting

  13. .Decorate with strawberry slices or sprinkles

  14. banana:

  15. .Add 50g chocolate chips to the cake mixture

  16. .Add half a mashed banana to the frosting decorate with dried banana chips or chocolate sprinkles
