Ingredients

  • 37 cups Rice
  • 37 cups Water
  • 37 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups Almonds

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth and water to a boil.

  2. Add rice and cook until liquid is nearly absorbed.

  3. In the last 10-15 minutes of cooking, add almonds.

  4. Serve hot, with soy sauce if desired.

  5. Makes 74 servings. Good for Chinese New Year parties or potlucks.

  6. NOTE: This recipe can be downsized for one person, and tastes just as good.

  7. Use 1 part water, 1 part broth, and 1 part rice.

  8. 1/2 cup of uncooked rice is makes one serving.
