Amazing cheese sauce
Simple but delicious sauce to go on pasta

Ingredients
- Cheese
- Pasta
- Milk
- Cream/ sour cream
- Parmasan
- Knob of butter
- Flour (may be needed to thicken)
Instructions
Melt the cheese over the heat in a saucepan. Add the milk and butter and stir until melted. Add the cream and once it is all stirred test it. If it is not thick enough add some flur. Pour over cooked pasta and sprinkle with parmesan.
* Measurments don’t matter, just add until you are satisfied.
