easy, quick, filling, add extra stuff, yummy, amazing!!

Ingredients

  • serves 2
  • SPAGHETTI 1/2 a packet- approx 250g
  • PESTO whatever amount suits your fancy
  • OIL a bit
  • TOMATOES 1 or 2 normal sized or 8 cherry tomatoes
  • SWEETCORN optional
  • Garlic
  • anything else or if you don’t have some of these add whatever you like, leftovers are always good…

Instructions

  1. boil a saucepan of water

  2. once it has reached the boil add the spaghetti

  3. read pack for cooking instructions

  4. drain the spaghetti

  5. in the saucepan used for spaghetti add the oil, crushed garlic, and pesto (the spahetti should NOT be in the pan at this point in time)

  6. add the tomatoes and any other ingredients that you fancy- stir

  7. add the spaghetti- stir and make sure the spaghetti is evenly coated with the pesto

  8. serve up and sprinkle with cheese

  9. YUM!
