Step 1:
1 preheat the oven 220 degrees gas mark 7 Step 2:
2 sieve flour into a large bowl Step 3:
3 rub in butter (till bread crumbs) Step 4:
4 stir in sugar and dried fruit Step 5:
5 whisk egg lightly in small bowl Step 6:
6 make a well in flour and add egg Step 7:
7 mix to form a soft yet firm dough Step 8:
8 scatter plenty of flour on tray Step 9:
9 divide dough into 8 rocks Step 10:
10 role in flour and place on tray Step 11:
11 bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and still a little squishy Step 12:
12 leave to cool and harden
