American Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients
- 220g plain flour
- 300ml milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 30g butter or marg, melted
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- oil for greasing the pan
Instructions
1) whisk the eggs and milk together in a jug
2) combine the dry ingredients and add the whisked eggs and milk. Mix together, then gradually pour in the melted butter and whisk together.
3) heat a frying pan with a little oil on a medium high heat. Spoon in 2-3 portions of the batter with enough space so they wont touch each other. This will depend on the size of your pan.
4) leave to cook for 2-3 mins, or until the bubbles ontop have burst and underneath is golden. Flip, cook for another 1-2 mins and serve.
