Antonio’s Pasta

A great recipe for left over pasta.

Ingredients
- Half of a tin of diced tomatoes (normally with tomato juice, keep that, do not tip out)
- teaspoon of oil
- sugar (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- italian herbs (to taste)
- cheese (if you want)
- pasta (i use spaghetti or penne)
Instructions
(if you don’t have left over pasta)
cook pasta according to directions
fry pasta up in a little oil until pasta is smooth and coated in a little oil
mix in tomatoes (with juice that came in the can), add sugar and salt to taste.
***even if you’re not used to cooking with sugar, add it, it’ll help with the taste of the tomatoes.
wait until the juice from the tomatoes has evaporated a little before adding about a handful of italian herbs
wait until the remaining of the tomato juice has gone before serving straight from the pan.
top with cheese and enjoy!
