Ingredients
- – Rice (Brown or white, Basmati rice is best)
- – Mushrooms
Instructions
Put some rice on to boil and chop up the mushrooms while it’s cooking. (Use mushrooms generously as they shrink when cooked, I always find I haven’t added enough mushrooms) When chopped up, place in a bowl or plate and cook in the microwave on full power for 3 minutes, no water or butter is needed as mushrooms are fantastic for microwaving! 🙂 When the rice is cooked, add the mushrooms and mix up adding some salt to finish.
