Step 1:

  • Wash and cut the apples into thin slices.
  • Step 2:

  • keep them in a bowl of water(to avoid turning them to black).
  • Step 3:

  • take oil in a thick bottomed kadai for deep fry.
  • Step 4:

  • meanwhile add salt and red chilli powder to the besan as preferred.
  • Step 5:

  • add water to the besan mixture until we get the bhajji consistency batter.
  • Step 6:

  • when the oil is hot enough,dip the sliced apples into the batter and deep fry them.
  • Step 7:

  • serve these with sauce or chutney when hot.
