Step 1: Wash and cut the apples into thin slices.
Step 2: keep them in a bowl of water(to avoid turning them to black).
Step 3: take oil in a thick bottomed kadai for deep fry.
Step 4: meanwhile add salt and red chilli powder to the besan as preferred.
Step 5: add water to the besan mixture until we get the bhajji consistency batter.
Step 6: when the oil is hot enough,dip the sliced apples into the batter and deep fry them.
Step 7: serve these with sauce or chutney when hot.
