Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

• 2-4 Chicken drumsticks
• 1 tin of apricot nectar
• 1 satchel French onion soup mix
• 3/4 cup rice

Instructions

STEP 1:

Combine nectar and soup mix in saucepan and bring to boil

STEP 2:

place chicken into liquid and simmer for roughly 30 mins or until chicken is cooked

STEP 3:

serve over bed of rice
