Apricot Jam Crepes



Step 1:

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, and gradually add the flour (you have to avoid making flour lumps). Add the salt and sugar and mix well.

  • heat the frying pan and put a cube of butter in, let it melt and cover all the pan.

  • put 1/4 of the mix in the pan (remember, it makes 4 crepes). The crepe must not be too thick nor too thin. Cook each side for 2 or 3 minutes on low heat.

  • dispose each crepe on a plate, put apricot jam on one half, fold the crepe in half, the in half again, and enjoy!
