Step 1:
Boil a pan of salted water and add pasta Step 2:
Heat a wok/pan to a moderate heat and add chopped onions and garlic and olive oil. Step 3:
Cook until onions are softened then add pepper. Step 4:
Once veg is cooked at pack of passata 3/4 of a pack is sufficient. sprinkle a tiny bit of sugar into sauce – brings out tomato flavour! Step 5:
Season with crushed chillis(generously) and cayenne pepper. Step 6:
leave to simmer until pasta is ready – then drain the pasta and mix in with the sauce. Step 7:
Take off the heat and mix in a generous amount of italian seasoning. Serve and sprinkle with grated mozzarella! Step 10:
(i actually use this as a 1 person meal then keep the left for the next day as it still tastes great and is good for packed lunches for when you’re skint!)
