Avocado Chickpea Sandwich

Ingredients
- -1/2 can of chickpeas
- -1 avocado
- -1 lime
- -salt to taste
- -tomato
- -bun
- -lettuce/kale/spinach
Instructions
1. Rinse the chickpeas
2.Put them in a bowl and add the pitted and pealed avocado in with them.
3. Mash the two together until finely pasted.
4. Add lime juice, and salt to taste.
5. Spread on a toasted (optional) bun, with some tomato slices and lettuce/kale or spinach.
