Avocado Chickpea Sandwich

Ingredients

  • -1/2 can of chickpeas
  • -1 avocado
  • -1 lime
  • -salt to taste
  • -tomato
  • -bun
  • -lettuce/kale/spinach

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the chickpeas

  2. 2.Put them in a bowl and add the pitted and pealed avocado in with them.

  3. 3. Mash the two together until finely pasted.

  4. 4. Add lime juice, and salt to taste.

  5. 5. Spread on a toasted (optional) bun, with some tomato slices and lettuce/kale or spinach.
