Step 1:

  • 1. Rinse the chickpeas
  • Step 2:

  • 2.Put them in a bowl and add the pitted and pealed avocado in with them.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Mash the two together until finely pasted.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Add lime juice, and salt to taste.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Spread on a toasted (optional) bun, with some tomato slices and lettuce/kale or spinach.
