If not already done so, cut the avocado in half by slicing vertically until you reach the massive pip in the middle and cut around it. Twist the halves, put the blade of the knife on the pip and twist until pip is out.
1. Put saucepan on a hob, then put some oil in a saucepan and wait until sizzling, put bacon in and wait until corners have turned brown, or more so if one prefers crunchy bacon. Then put bacon aside and turn off hob.
2. Put toast in toaster, wait until toast in the toaster has toasted.
3. Put avocado and chipotle in bowl, mix with fork until mushy and slightly brownish
4. Put avocado chilli mix on toast, top with bacon
