Step 1:

  • fry bacon until crispy add to a plate and set aside
  • Step 2:

  • boil water then add a little bit of vinegar to firm up the egg and stop from cracking the yolk. once the water boils add two eggs and simmer for 4 minuets. take out the eggs and put on a plate.
  • Step 3:

  • slice an English muffin and toast.
  • Step 4:

  • add the poached eggs on top of the muffin and add salt and pepper and a dash of herb de provence and a squirt of hp sauce
  • Step 5:

  • enjoy!!
