Bacon & Cheese Noodles

Quick, easy and simple to make! enjoy!
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- Egg noodles (medium sharwoods are the best kind)
- tin of sweetcorn
- half a pepper (red, yellow, or green it doesn’t matter)
- bacon strips, any kind, however many you like.
- parmisan cheese
- dark soy sauce
- some sort of herb mix (i used italian)
- ginger (i didn’t have any but it was the one things i wish i had)
- * i’ll leave the measurements up to you based on your appetite*
Instructions
Boil two "knots" of noodles in a pot of boiling water
(can always boil water in a kettle to make it boil quicker)
while the noodles are boiling chop up two cloves of garlic and half a pepper and then drain the tin of sweetcorn through a sieve. (you’ll probably use about half of it like i did.)
in a frying pan, cook the bacon lightly. Once the bacon has cooked and the noodles are nice and soft, drain the noodles and add them to the frying pan along with all the veggies, pour in some soy sauce (as much as you like) and continue to cook for about 3 more minutes.
– note- the noodles seemed a bit dry so i added a drop of sunflower oil to the pan, you can do this too if you like, may help :p
once done just serve it straight up!
