Bacon and Chicken Pasta

Nice to have for lunch or dinner. Lovely and filling!

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (one for each person your cooking for)
- 2 rashings of bacon for each person your cooking for.
- Garlic
- Pasta (whichever kind you like. I like the twisty pasta)
- All purpose seasoning.
- Tin of chopping tomatoes
- Chilli powder (optional)
- Thyme
- Butter
- Parmasan (optional)
Instructions
Put the pasta on to boil with a knob of butter and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Chop up the chicken and bacon into small squares and fry in a splash of olive oil with some garlic (you can use normal cooking oil)
Once browned add the all purpose seasoning and add a sprinkle of thyme.
Once the pasta is soft, add the tomatoes to the pasta and leave to simmer. Add a sprinkle of all purpose seasoning and then add the chicken bacon and garlic to it.
Add a small sprinkle of chilli powder (you don’t have to if you don’t like spice) and stir.
Once cooking, serve in a bowl and sprinkle on some parmasan.
