Bacon and Chicken Pasta

Nice to have for lunch or dinner. Lovely and filling!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet (one for each person your cooking for)
  • 2 rashings of bacon for each person your cooking for.
  • Garlic
  • Pasta (whichever kind you like. I like the twisty pasta)
  • All purpose seasoning.
  • Tin of chopping tomatoes
  • Chilli powder (optional)
  • Thyme
  • Butter
  • Parmasan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put the pasta on to boil with a knob of butter and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

  2. Chop up the chicken and bacon into small squares and fry in a splash of olive oil with some garlic (you can use normal cooking oil)

  3. Once browned add the all purpose seasoning and add a sprinkle of thyme.

  4. Once the pasta is soft, add the tomatoes to the pasta and leave to simmer. Add a sprinkle of all purpose seasoning and then add the chicken bacon and garlic to it.

  5. Add a small sprinkle of chilli powder (you don’t have to if you don’t like spice) and stir.

  6. Once cooking, serve in a bowl and sprinkle on some parmasan.

  7. There you are, delicious! :p
