Step 1:

  • Put the pasta on to boil with a knob of butter and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • Step 2:

  • Chop up the chicken and bacon into small squares and fry in a splash of olive oil with some garlic (you can use normal cooking oil)
  • Step 3:

  • Once browned add the all purpose seasoning and add a sprinkle of thyme.
  • Step 4:

  • Once the pasta is soft, add the tomatoes to the pasta and leave to simmer. Add a sprinkle of all purpose seasoning and then add the chicken bacon and garlic to it.
  • Step 5:

  • Add a small sprinkle of chilli powder (you don’t have to if you don’t like spice) and stir.

  • Once cooking, serve in a bowl and sprinkle on some parmasan.
