Step 1:

  • Cook the tagliatelle balls in boiling water
  • Step 2:

  • Whilst cooking the pasta chop all the bacon into strips and lightly fry
  • Step 3:

  • Beat 3 eggs add salt and pepper
  • Step 4:

  • Drain the tagliatelle, then put back in the pan, throw the bacon on top and put back on the heat.
  • Step 5:

  • Pour the beaten eggs in and stir until the egg starts going like scrambled egg and sticking to the pasta should only take a few minutes then serve.

  • Make sure you put the pan in the sink and leave to soak whilst your eating, as it makes a mess in the bottom of the pan!
