1. Chop the bacon into pieces make as much bacon as you want then put it in a suacepan and fry. once cooked take out but make sure not to tip out the fat left over.

2. Now put the saucepan on a low heat and add butter and chpped onion. cook this slowly till the onion is soft and sweet (do not fry and make brown). crush and chop 3 cloves of garlic and add.

3. Sart to boil the water for your pasta (add lots of salt to the water)

4. Now put the bacon back in and slowly add cream. you may not need to use all of the cream. you will have to let it simmer for a while so that it can reduce and become thicker and more flavorsome.

5. While the sauce reduces put your pasta on boil.
