  • 1. Chop the bacon into pieces make as much bacon as you want then put it in a suacepan and fry. once cooked take out but make sure not to tip out the fat left over.

  • 2. Now put the saucepan on a low heat and add butter and chpped onion. cook this slowly till the onion is soft and sweet (do not fry and make brown). crush and chop 3 cloves of garlic and add.

  • 3. Sart to boil the water for your pasta (add lots of salt to the water)

  • 4. Now put the bacon back in and slowly add cream. you may not need to use all of the cream. you will have to let it simmer for a while so that it can reduce and become thicker and more flavorsome.
