Home › Pasta › Bacon Pasta Bacon Pasta RECIPE BY Guest Contributor Delicious :) PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email Ingredients1 or 2 Onions (Depending on how much you are making.)1 or 2 Packs of Bacon3 Breakfast Mushrooms1 Tin of Sweetcorn2 Tins of Plum tomatoes (chopped & peeled)Pepper1 or 2 Cloves of GarlicPastaInstructions Step 1: – Dice onions and fry in wok or similar Step 2: – Cut bacon into little squares (separating it as you add it to the wok helps it to cook) Step 3: – Crush garlic and add to wok Step 4: – When onions, bacon and garlic are cooked, chop up mushrooms and add to wok. Step 5: – Leave to cook for ten minutes Step 6: – Add sweetcorn (don’t drain of the liquid unless it’s salty) Step 7: – Add tomatoes. Step 8: – Pepper to taste (takes away the sweetness of the tomatoes) Step 9: – Leave to simmer for 20 minutes while cooking pasta Step 10: – Serve over pasta, good with pitta bread, naan bread etc. Step 11: Step 12: This makes enough for four, but is easily frozen, and tastes just as good after!
