Bacon Pasta

Spicy Tomato sauce with chopped bacon

Ingredients
- 6 rashers of Back Bacon
- 2 tins of tinned tomatoes (400ml)
- 1tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 3/4 of a tsp Crushed Chilies
- 400g Penne Pasta
- Mixed Herbs
Instructions
Cut the Bacon up into squares of the same size so that they cook at the same rate.
Fry the bacon in a pan until golden brown.
open the tinned tomatoes and pour then into the pan leave fr 2-3 minutes, then add the tomato puree and Ketchup stir into the tomatoes.
Add the mixed herbs and chilies to the sauce and stir.
Boil water in a pan. Bring it to the boil and add the pasta cook until it is sift and flexible.
Pour the pasta into a colander to drain pasta.
Put the pasta into the sauce and serve.
