Step 1:

  • 1. Cook pasta in pan of boiling salted water
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Cook bacon until it is crispy and add chopped garlic for the last minute or so
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Cut the courgette into chunks and then add to the pan and cook until softened
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Drain the pasta and put back in the pan
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Add some creme fraiche and some grated cheddar cheese with some freshly ground black pepper
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Stir in the bacon and courgette mixture
  • Step 7:

  • 7. And serve with a little extra grated cheese on top
