Ingredients

  • A couple of ready bought sponges
  • Some Vanilla Icecream
  • Lots of eggs (around 6)
  • And some jam (optional)
  • Castor Sugar (can be normal sugar)

Instructions

  1. Seperate the eggs

  2. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks (easier with an electric whisk if you own one)

  3. fold in the sugar

  4. get a baking tray out

  5. put the sponges on (if there small you might want to put to together)

  6. put a blob of jam on (though if you do use two don’t put the jam in the middle

  7. put a block of icecream on top of each one

  8. and then spread or pipe the eggwhites all over the sponge and icecream making sure not to leave any holes then put them in the oven for 5 minutes and your done!
