Instructions
STEP 1:
eggs
Seperate the eggs
STEP 2:
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks (easier with an electric whisk if you own one)
STEP 3:
sugar
fold in the sugar
STEP 4:
get a baking tray out
STEP 5:
put the sponges on (if there small you might want to put to together)
STEP 6:
jam
put a blob of jam on (though if you do use two don’t put the jam in the middle
STEP 7:
cream
ice
put a block of icecream on top of each one
STEP 8:
cream
ice
and then spread or pipe the eggwhites all over the sponge and icecream making sure not to leave any holes then put them in the oven for 5 minutes and your done!
