Step 1:

  • Seperate the eggs
  • Step 2:

  • Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks (easier with an electric whisk if you own one)
  • Step 3:

  • fold in the sugar
  • Step 4:

  • get a baking tray out
  • Step 5:

  • put the sponges on (if there small you might want to put to together)
  • Step 6:

  • put a blob of jam on (though if you do use two don’t put the jam in the middle
  • Step 7:

  • put a block of icecream on top of each one
  • Step 8:

  • and then spread or pipe the eggwhites all over the sponge and icecream making sure not to leave any holes then put them in the oven for 5 minutes and your done!
