Step 1:

  • Chop the onions, mash the garlic and add to a frying pan with a drop of oil. Also add the chilli, herbs and spices (of your choice) in a pan with a drop of oil, and cook till soft.
  • Step 2:

  • Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  • Step 3:

  • Add baked beans and cook for a few more minutes till all cooked.
