Baked Spicy Salmon

Ingredients
- 300g salmon chopped into 2 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp dried fenugreek
- 1/2 cup of natural or greek yogurt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- small piece (1 inch) ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- juice of one lime
- 1 tbsp tandoori (red) masala
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
1) mix all the ingredients in a food processor except salmon
2) marinade salmon with this paste and leave for 30 minutes
3) grill at gas mark 7 for 5-10 minutes on each side until slightly brown
4) eat with chips of stuff in pitta with ketchup and enjoy as a posh burger!
