- 1 Banana
- Milk (to your liking)
- 1tsp Honey
- Plain Yoghurt
Instructions
1. Chop the banana in to small bits
2.put in blender
3.Add the yoghurt
4.Add the milk
5. Add the honey
6. And blend
7.pour in to tall glass and ENJOY!!:)
