Banana/cinnamon Oat Pancakes W/ Pb

Ingredients
- 40g of scott’s original porage oats
- 1 banana (fairly ripe)
- 50 ml of milk (or more depending on how big your banana is)
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of peanut butter (i use sun-pat smooth peanut butter)
Instructions
1. Blend the oats into a flour like consistency
2. Add the banana and milk to the oats and then blend until the mixture is smooth but not too runny
3. If the mixture is not smooth enough add more milk
4. Mix in the cinnamon
5. Lightly oil a frying pan and put on a low heat
6. Pour the mixture into 3 mini pancakes and fry both sides until they have browned a little but are still soft
7. Melt the peanut butter and eat with the pancakes
