Banana/cinnamon Oat Pancakes W/ Pb Yummy! By Guest Contributor July 21, 2013 Healthy Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients40g of scott’s original porage oats1 banana (fairly ripe)50 ml of milk (or more depending on how big your banana is)1 tsp of cinnamon 1 tsp of peanut butter (i use sun-pat smooth peanut butter)Instructions Step 1: 1. Blend the oats into a flour like consistency Step 2: 2. Add the banana and milk to the oats and then blend until the mixture is smooth but not too runny Step 3: 3. If the mixture is not smooth enough add more milk Step 4: 4. Mix in the cinnamon Step 5: 5. Lightly oil a frying pan and put on a low heat Step 6: 6. Pour the mixture into 3 mini pancakes and fry both sides until they have browned a little but are still soft Step 7: 7. Melt the peanut butter and eat with the pancakes Step 8: enjoy! :d
