Step 1:

  • 1. Blend the oats into a flour like consistency
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Add the banana and milk to the oats and then blend until the mixture is smooth but not too runny

  • 3. If the mixture is not smooth enough add more milk
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Mix in the cinnamon
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Lightly oil a frying pan and put on a low heat
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Pour the mixture into 3 mini pancakes and fry both sides until they have browned a little but are still soft
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Melt the peanut butter and eat with the pancakes
