Blend the oats into a flour like consistency Step 2: 2. Add the banana and milk to the oats and then blend until the mixture is smooth but not too runny Step 3: 3. If the mixture is not smooth enough add more milk Step 4: 4. Mix in the cinnamon Step 5: 5. Lightly oil a frying pan and put on a low heat Step 6: 6. Pour the mixture into 3 mini pancakes and fry both sides until they have browned a little but are still soft Step 7: 7.
