Ingredients

  • Eggs (one or two)
  • oil ( two table spoon)
  • pepper(red and green)
  • salt (to taste)
  • onion (small diced)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil on a frying pan, heat it until it’s hot.Now crack the eggs and mix them in a bowl add salt and scramble it for 2 mins. After that put it in the hot oil and add onions,peppers. Cook it until it is brown and keep turning it.

  2. serve hot.
