Step 1: 1) Put the oven on at 220degreesC/gas 7.
Step 3: 2) Chop the banana into little bits and mix with the chocolate and 4 tablespoons of the caramel sauce. Mix in the zest and juice of the lime.
Step 5: 3) Brush the wraps with egg white and fill them with the banana mush, seal them and put them on a baking tray.
Step 7: 4) Bake until they’re crisp and only just starting to colour. Be careful that the chocolate doesn’t completely melt! 10 minutes max.
Step 9: 5) Eat ’em with ice cream!
