Step 2: 2) cook schnitzel on medium heat 2-3 minutes per side or until golden. Drain on baking paper and get rid of extra oil in pan. Step 3: 3) add pasta sauce to pan and stir til hot. Step 4: 4) place schnitzel in single layer on top of sauce in pan, top each schnitzel with a slice of prosciutto or ham then a slice each of mozzarella.
