Ingredients

  • * small sized prawns, skinned and cleaned
  • * wheat flour
  • * rice flour
  • * salt and pepper
  • * egg

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of this proportion:

  2. 2 tbs wheat flour

  3. 2 tbs rice flour

  4. 1 egg

  5. season with salt and pepper to liking

  6. it should form consistency similar to pancake batter

  7. adjust thickness by adding water or flour

  8. the more rice flour, the crunchier the batter will be when fried

  9. dip your prawns and scoop batter to heated oil in groups of 3-5 prawns per scoop

  10. fry until golden brown
