Step 1:
Cut chicken into chunks/small strips and brown in a frying pan, Step 2:
Pour over lots of BBQ sauce, Step 3:
Add peas…or any other veg you want to make it seem a bit healthier!, Step 4:
Cook rice whilst leaving chicken to simmer, Step 5:
May want to add some water in with the BBQ sauce at this point if it gets too thick…though this is so nice if the sauce is a bit thick!… Step 6:
When rice is cook, pour the chicken and BBQ sauce mixture over it et voila!
