Step 1:

  • Cut chicken into chunks/small strips and brown in a frying pan,
  • Step 2:

  • Pour over lots of BBQ sauce,
  • Step 3:

  • Add peas…or any other veg you want to make it seem a bit healthier!,
  • Step 4:

  • Cook rice whilst leaving chicken to simmer,
  • Step 5:

  • May want to add some water in with the BBQ sauce at this point if it gets too thick…though this is so nice if the sauce is a bit thick!…
  • Step 6:

  • When rice is cook, pour the chicken and BBQ sauce mixture over it et voila!
