Step 1:
Put a slice or two of bacon on the chicken breast and place on a baking tray. Step 2:
Put in the over on a low heat until almost cooked (high heat wouldn’t cook the chicken thoroughly). Add cheese and cook for five minute more. Step 3:
Add bbq sauce (heat it up before, possibly with a microwave) by drizzling over the top of the meat and cheese tower. Step 5:
This dish is best served with salad and chips/curly fries/baked potato
