Yummy Spag Bol With A BBQ Tang

Ingredients

  • 500g Minced Beef
  • 1 Large/2 Small Onions
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Beef OXO’s
  • 1tsp Chili Powder
  • Tomato Puree (I like alot but whatever you feel)
  • BBQ Sauce (As above)
  • Beef Bisto to thicken

Instructions

  1. -Brown the mince

  2. -Chop onion and pepper and add to mince

  3. -Crumble the OXO over the mince, onion and pepper

  4. -Add tomato puree, chili powder and and tomatoes and stir together.

  5. -After a few mins add the BBQ sauce (I put loads in) and mix together and allow to cook for 10-15 mins or until your pasta is ready.

  6. *If its too runny, I recommend beef bisto or gravy powder to thicken*

  7. Serve with pasta, Spaghetti or shove into pitta breads, and top with cheese of your choice (optional). I find it’s also nice ontop of chips. Enjoy! 🙂
