Ingredients
- 500g Minced Beef
- 1 Large/2 Small Onions
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Beef OXO’s
- 1tsp Chili Powder
- Tomato Puree (I like alot but whatever you feel)
- BBQ Sauce (As above)
- Beef Bisto to thicken
Instructions
-Brown the mince
-Chop onion and pepper and add to mince
-Crumble the OXO over the mince, onion and pepper
-Add tomato puree, chili powder and and tomatoes and stir together.
-After a few mins add the BBQ sauce (I put loads in) and mix together and allow to cook for 10-15 mins or until your pasta is ready.
*If its too runny, I recommend beef bisto or gravy powder to thicken*
Serve with pasta, Spaghetti or shove into pitta breads, and top with cheese of your choice (optional). I find it’s also nice ontop of chips. Enjoy! 🙂
