Step 1:

  • -Brown the mince
  • Step 2:

  • -Chop onion and pepper and add to mince
  • Step 4:

  • -Crumble the OXO over the mince, onion and pepper
  • Step 6:

  • -Add tomato puree, chili powder and and tomatoes and stir together.
  • Step 8:

  • -After a few mins add the BBQ sauce (I put loads in) and mix together and allow to cook for 10-15 mins or until your pasta is ready.

  • *If its too runny, I recommend beef bisto or gravy powder to thicken*
  • Step 12:

  • Serve with pasta, Spaghetti or shove into pitta breads, and top with cheese of your choice (optional). I find it’s also nice ontop of chips. Enjoy! 🙂
