Bean Cookies Filling and quite nice By Guest Contributor October 11, 2010 Snack Preparation Time h m Cook Time h mServings0 Ingredients 220g Butter beans(drained)250g Dove farm gluten free flour SR1tsp Baking powder30g light brown sugar2tbs Streamline strawberry jam1 Egg100ml (depends on thickness of mix) Soya milk1.5 tsp vanilla extractmarshmellows Instructions Step 1: blend beans, egg, vanilla, jam, sugar together add flour and baking powder. add soya until mix it workable. Step 2: seperate into however many cookies you want, tear up marshmellows and push into cookie dough Step 3: put in prehaeted 180 fan over for 20min, eat hot or warm! Show Comments ▼
