  • * Roughly chop the onions and fry with the rosemary for 1-2 minutes.

  • TIP: I prefer adding beans cooked in salty water, so I don’t have to add any salt.

  • * Throw in the cayenne pepper powder, the Tomato sauce and the content of a tin of mackerel.

  • * Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • TIP: if you have it, serve this with chopped fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
