- handful of blueberries (preferably frozen)
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
- 1 tablespoon of bee pollen
- 2-3 ice cubes (optional)

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until you get it to a texture of your liking.
