Ingredients

  • 1 cup of any milk of your choice
  • handful of blueberries (preferably frozen)
  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon of bee pollen
  • 2-3 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until you get it to a texture of your liking.
