Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve over cooked rice.
