Step 1:

  • 1. Prepare vegetables
  • Step 2:

  • ? peel onions
  • Step 3:

  • ? peel and chop carrots
  • Step 4:

  • ? slice the mushrooms in half
  • Step 5:

  • 2. With a fresh knife on a clean chopping board, dice the beef
  • Step 6:

  • 3. Brown the beef in the oil in a saucepan
  • Step 7:

  • 4. Stir in the flour, so each beef peace is covered
  • Step 8:

  • 5. Add in the onions, carrots and mushrooms
  • Step 9:

  • 6. Pour in the stock cube and add the bay leaf and thyme
  • Step 10:

  • 7. Bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer cover with the lid and cook for 1 hour
