Step 1: Fry the onions with the spices. add to an oven proof dish along with beef, stock and natural yogurt. Add slightly more mild curry powder if needed. Add bay leaves, tomatoes and garlic to the dish and place in the oven at 180 degrees. The lower the heat and longer the food cooks for, the better it tastes. At 180 it will need around 45 mins.
Step 2: Cook up rice and the dish is ready to serve.
