Beef And Baked Bean Casserole

One of the best meals EVER



  • 300g mince
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 400g can of baked beans
  • 400g can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 pint of beef stock
  • 100g pasta (any type)
  • Splashing of worcester sauce
  • Salt and Pepper


Cook the mince until brown with the onion and a little olive oil.

Then just add everything else!

Cook for 40 minutes in the oven in a pot at gas mark 4/5

Make sure to stir it occassionally

Serves around 3/4 people with something else, or 2 people as a full meal.

    Hmm... I've never had to cook it seperately. I tried it once, but it turned out WAY too soggy and horrible. Sure you did it right?

    Brilliant, think I'm going to call it Cowboy Supper from now on, as it doesn't seem like much of a pie.
    I also added cheese like Greveson.
    Adding some Red Bell Pepper was my own personal touch.

    This is a great recipe. I missed out the worcester sauce and altered the quantitities (was cooking for one but still used a full can of baked beans) and it tasted very nice. I was surprised as it sounds like a strange combination but it worked. One thing I added was grated cheese.
